Nederlandse Associatie voor de Podiumkunsten (NAPK)
The NAPK represents orchestras, dance and theatre companies. It contributes to the visibility, positioning, good employership and cultural entrepeneurship in the performing arts in the Netherlands. NAPK merged with the Foundation of Dutch Music ensembles in july 2012.

Theater in Nederland (TiN) was the national institute for the theatre world under the name TIN (Dutch Theatre Institute). The website will continue online providing news and information, offer vacancies, maintain the digital collections. The theaterencyclopedie and Eenlevenlangtheater.nl stay online. Also digital theatre lessons are offered to students at theaterlessen.nl. The Mediatheek and Theatre collections are adopted by the Universty of Amsterdam. The TiN foundation will stays owner of the theatre collection. All promotion of Dutch performance art has been adopted by Bureau promotie podiumkunsten.

Vereniging van Schouwburg en Concertzaal Directies (VSCD is an umbrella organization for the theatre and the concert hall. The VSCD also has a division for the Vlakke Vloer (Flat Floor) Theatres (VVT).

Bureau promotie podiumkunsten wants to make performance art in the Netherlands more accessible for a bigger and broader crowd. The bureau organizes collective activities like PODIUM Giftcard, the Toneel Publieksprijs (Theater audience award) and the distribution and promotion of various VSCD awards (Theater, Dance, Cabaret, Mime, Classical Music and youth Theater).

FNV KIEM is a trade union for the arts, information industry and the media. It works for employees, freelancers, small independents, starters and those who have resigned or retired, in seven separate sectors. The union keeps track of social developments, exerts influence on policy problems and takes care of collective lobbying (such as CAOs). Members can also contact the union for individual help and advice.

Artiesten Belangen Centrum (ABC)
Branche organisation for independent artists and musicians. The ABC has founded to tacle problems in the working field among and professional artists and at the policy level.  She provides information, organizes networking events and activities to support the professions.

Professional associations
ACT is an association looking after the interests of anyone calling him/her self an Actor. ACT is for actors by actors, this means that actors manage ACT, next to their job as an actor, as ACT workers.

Platform Theaterauteurs
Independent platform for writers in The Netherlands. PTa organises open assignments for talented writers, symposia to develop new repertoire. The results of the activities are published yearly: 'BoekWerk'.

Samen1Stem
Professional association for freelancers who work with their voice. Samen1Stem has the aim to improve the cooperation between freelancersand contractors.

Amateur Theatre support
Landelijk Kennisinstituut Cultuureducatie en Amateurkunst (LKCA) was founded from a merger of Cultuurnetwerk en Kunstfactor in January 2013. The LKCA is a national institution for the promotion of expertise, information, networking and research in arts and cultural education.

Nederlandse Vereniging voor Amateurtheater (Dutch association for amateur theatre) promotes the interests of  Dutch amateur theatre. It does its best to arrange optimal conditions for multifaceted theatre production.
