... make a plan of action

Begin in an early stage to make a plan of action if you want to realize a project. Here, you read in short which things to take into account. Various phased plannings can help with a more detailed development.

Making clear what you want
A plan begins with stray ideas, which get connected more and more. Paper requires order, more so than stray thoughts in your head, so begin by writing down what you know; then it automatically becomes clearer what you don’t know yet.

In any case, ask yourself the following questions:
- What exactly do I want to make?
- For whom do I want to make it: which audience do I envision? How am I going to approach this audience?
- How do I want to make it; where is it made and how much time am I going to spend on it?
- Who is going to join in, in which way and with which authority?
- How expensive is it going to be and who is going to pay for that?
- When is it a success? what is my personal goal?
- What are reasons to call off the project?

Making a planning

If you have clear answers tot abovementioned questions, you can make your plan of action concrete in a planning. Begin at the end, and reason back.
Important subjects for a planning:
- Time: how much time are you yourself and others going to spend on it and on what? - Financing: when does everything have to be arranged; do you want to acquire subsidy? Whom do you have to approach when to do so?
- Marketing: how are you going to approach your audience and with which means; when do you have to do what to accomplish this?
- Facilities: when do which means have to be available?
- Decisive moments: when is a decision made on what?
